Your first coaching sessions are about realizing who you are and what aligns with your true identity.  They progress towards gaining focus, self awareness, self-belief and uncovering skills, to later set goals, and work on planning and taking action. The end result is more clarity, conscious presence, consistency, determination, adaptability, growth and the confidence to take loving action in areas of your life where you identify there is a need for change.
